");WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON GUESS WATCHES?
U.S. Customers: We offer a Two Year Warranty on all purchases made from July 1st, 2017. Any purchases made prior to July 1st, 2017 hold a 10 Year Limited Warranty. In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period from date of purchase, your watch will be repaired or replaced, at our option. The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or water damage and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet; does not cover costs, parts or labor, shipping & handling, defects or damage caused by any source other than GUESS Watches. Proof of purchase is required for all Warranty Repairs. If you live in the U.S. contact us for more information. For International Customers: If you live outside the U.S., please contact your local representative for Country Specific warranty information.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY ON GUESS WATCHES?
At this time, GUESS Watches has a limitation on purchases. No more than 5 pieces are allowed for purchase per order. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns.
ARE GUESS WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
- Guess Watches can withstand splashes of water or rain; do not submerge
- 3 atm/30m/100 ft.: Rain, do not submerge
- 5 atm/50m/165 ft.: Rain, showering do not submerge
- 10atm/100m/330ft.: Rain, showering, swimming
Watches will withstand Water Resistance as long as the crystal, crown, push buttons, case and gaskets remain intact. Care and safety: do NOT operate crown or buttons when watch is wet or submerged.

If your watch breaks, or if you need a battery replaced, you can download and complete this form and send it to be repaired (U.S. ONLY). If you live outside the U.S., please refer to the Global Contacts tab for your countries' After Sales Service contact details.
WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED TO MAKE GUESS WATCHES?
The most commonly used materials to make GUESS Watches are stainless steel, brass and genuine leather.
Is my phone compatible with my watch?
The GUESS Connect Digital+ watch requires the use of a compatible iOS or Android smartphone, and the GUESS Connect Digital+ smartphone app. Your Digital+ watch is compatible with Android 4.4+ and iOS 8.1+ / iPhone 5+
How do I download the GUESS Connect Digital+ app?
To download the GUESS Connect Digital+ app users must go to either the Google Play store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search GUESS Connect Digital+. Once brought to the app page choose to download and install.

How do I charge my watch?
Your GUESS Connect Digital+ watch should be fully charged as the first step. Attach the magnetic charging cable to the pogo pin location on the watch case back. Plug the USB end of the cable into any powered USB port.
How do I set up my watch? 
1. When watch charging indicates FULLY CHARGED, press the SELECT button to display the list of language options
2. Use the scroll keys to highlight your language choice and press the SELECT button to proceed
3. Launch the GUESS Connect Digital+ app on your smart phone
4. You will be prompted to Register or Sign Up with the following options:
• Facebook
• Google
• Email
• Mobile Phone
5. Select a sign up option and follow the prompts when asked for the pass code that was sent to you
6. Once logged in to the app, select your watch from the list of available models
7. After selecting the correct watch, press READY TO PAIR
8. Your phone will scan for available devices and will list all compatible watches found. Select your watch from the list.
9. The watch prompts you to “ACCEPT PAIRING REQUEST?” Press the SELECT button to pair to the watch
10. Once paired, follow the screens in the mobile app to set up your watch
How do I enter my personal data?
1. Enter a nickname for your watch
2. Enter a photo by either taking a new picture or select a picture from your phone (optional: users have the option to move on without entering a photo)
3. Click on the NEXT STEP button after every step. Enter your personal information as prompted:
• Name
• Gender
• Birthdate
• Unit of Me1sure (Imperi1l or Metric)
• Weight
• Height
• Bed Time
• Wake Up Time
• Daily Activity Goals
• Notifications / Alerts
*This step now completes the set up of the GUESS Connect Digital+
How do I turn off my watch?
To get to the power options, either hold the back button for 5s, or go to the settings in the main menu then go to the power & modes section
What do I do if it is taking a long time to sync my watch?
If your app is having trouble syncing, try to close and reopen your app and sync again
What to do if my time of day becomes out of sync?
When changing time zones, restart the app in order for the watch time to be in sync with your updated phone time
What if I am having trouble connecting my watch to my phone?
If you are having trouble connecting, first make sure your smartphone has bluetooth turned on and that your device is within the maximum bluetooth range. If this is the case, try restarting both the GUESS Connect Digital+ app and your Digital+ watch.
If the device still has trouble connecting to your smartphone it may be necessary to perform a factory reset (see next step)
How do I Factory Reset my watch?
*Note: When you reset your watch to factory settings, the following happens:
• Your watch is unpaired from your phone
• Data stored on your watch is erased
• Installed apps and their data 1are erased
• System settings and preferences are erased
1. In order to perform a Factory Reset first go into the Guess Connect Digital+ app.
2. Next, choose Settings, Watch Control and 1t the bottom of the page select Remove Watch (This will restore your watch back to Factory Settings).
3. In your phones bluetooth settings, make sure to forget the device before trying to restart the set up process
4. Once the watch is removed and forgotten from bluetooth devices you a1n now try and restart the Set Up process.
How do I change watch faces?
On your dashboard, tap the watch face tile. Then select your desired watch face. Tap SETUP, then select which of the 3 current watch face you would like
to replace
How do I change backlight timer?
On the settings tab (top right of app) go to the device settings and change the backlight time
How do I use the music controller?
Launching the music controller from your watchʼs main menu will start your default music playing application from your phone. You have the option to skip ahead with the top button, behind with the bottom button, and access new options with the middle button. If you hit the middle button you have the option to raise or lower your volume. To go back to the origin1l options, hit the back button
What is the SOS function?
When you assign a contact as your SOS contact you can hold the back button and the down button simultaneously for 5 seconds and it will text them that you need help and to contact you as soon as possible
Where is the best placement for HR measurement accuracy?
To get optimal HR measurements, place your watch one finger length high from your wrist bone
What is the Bluetooth range?
The range of the bluetooth connector is around 10-20 meters, or 30 feet. Walls my interfere with the bluetooth range if you walk into a separate room from the connected device
How do I update my watch firmware?
To update your watches firmware, go to the settings in the app. Then go to Watch Controls. Tap “Firmware Update” to see if there is an update available
for your watch.
How do I record a workout?
You can record a workout with your watch from the “Workout” section in the main menu. Once you select “Workout”, then select “Start”
What is auto pause?
Auto-pause detects when you stopped exercising during a workout and will pause for you. It will also detect when you start up again. To turn this on go to your watch, go to settings > workout > auto pause
How do I share my workout details?
From the dashboard, tap the workout tile. Select which workout you would like to share then tap it. Once you are in the workout details page, tap the share icon
How do I change my workout goals?
In the settings tabs (top right of app), tap Daily Goals to change your daily goal preset or make a custom goal
What is Distance Adjustment?
Distance adjustment compensates for the difference between peopleʼs actual leg length relative to the userʼs height. Users can adjust distance using the app if they are finding the watch records distances too short or too long
Can I delete my account info?
When you remove your watch, you have the option to permanently delete your account and all activity data associated with your account (including workouts)
How do I change my profile info?
In the settings tab (top right of app), tap Profile to change your profile info
Why does the app ask when I go to bed?
To easily determine your sleep data, the app will use your usual enter sleep and wake time data to assist with automatically stitching together sleep events
What is the water resistance of my watch?
Water-resistant to 30m (Do not activate the buttons while the watch is submerged)
How do I download the GUESS Connect Wear OS app?
To download the GUESS Connect WearOS app users must go to either the Google Play store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search Wear OS by Google. Once brought to the app page choose to download and install.
Is my phone compatible with my smartwatch?
Your GUESS Connect Touch smartwatch is compatible with phones running either Android 4.4+ (excluding Goedition) or iOS 9.3+.
How do I power on my smartwatch?
• Make sure your watch has been charged before trying to power it on.
• Press and hold down the watch pusher until the boot animation begins.
How do I power off my smartwatch?
• Wake your watch up by tapping on the display screen.
• Press the watch crown to enter app menu.
• Scroll and tap Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Swipe up and tap Power Off.
• Tap the checkmark to confirm.
How do I pair my smartwatch with my phone?
Note: Other than turning Bluetooth on, you won't need to use the Settings app on your phone. Before you start, make sure your watch and phone are compatible. Wear OS by Google requires a phone running Android 4.4+ (excluding Goedition) or iOS 9.3+
• Power on your watch.
• On your phone, download and open the Wear OS by Google app from either the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Tap Set it up.
• When you see your watch’s name, tap it.
• You’ll see a code on your phone and watch.
o If the codes are the same: On your phone, tap Pair. Pairing can take a few minutes, so be patient.
o If the codes are different: Restart your watch and try again. If the codes still don't match, try these troubleshooting steps.
• To finish set up, follow the onscreen instructions. Make sure the box for notifications to Android Wear is checked.
• When your phone and watch are paired, you’ll see ""Connected"" on the Android Wear app on your phone. When they’re not paired, you’ll see Disconnected on your watch’s screen.
How do I unpair my smartwatch from my phone? 
ANDROID:
You can unpair your smartwatch in the Wear OS by Google App on your phone.
• Select your watch in the settings menu.
• Tap the Unpair Watch button at the bottom of the screen.
iOS
You can unpair your watch by performing a “Factory Reset.” Please see below instructions on how to perform a Factory Reset.
*You must also make sure to forget your smartwatch in the Bluetooth settings after the Factory Reset is performed
How do I perform a Factory Reset on my watch?
Note: Factory rest is a last resort. It should be done only after troubleshooting steps are attempted. SEE MORE
If you're having problems with your watch, you may need to reset it to the way it was when you first got it (""factory settings"").
When you reset your watch to factory settings, the following happens:
• Your watch is unpaired from your phone
• Data stored on your watch is erased
• Installed apps and their data are erased
• System settings and preferences are erased
To reset to factory settings, follow these steps:
• Press the middle pusher button to power up display.
• Press the middle pusher button to enter app menu.
• Scroll and tap on Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Disconnect & Reset.
• Tap the checkmark to confirm.
• After you reset your watch to factory settings, you need to pair your smartwatch with your phone again.
How do I pair a new smartwatch to my phone?
ANDROID
• In the Wear OS by Google App, tap Pair with a new smartwatch and follow the on-screen instructions.
iOS:
• In the Wear OS by Google App, tap Pair with a new wearable and follow the on-screen instructions.
*iOS users will only be able to pair one watch at a time. If you want to reconnect an old watch after pairing a new device the user must perform a factory reset.
How far can my smartwatch be from my phone while remaining connected?
The Bluetooth connection range between your phone and your smartwatch varies in relation to your environment. Standard Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity should ensure approximately 10 meters or 30 feet of connectivity.
How do I connect my watch to Wif?i
Your watch can automatically connect to saved Wi-Fi networks when it loses the Bluetooth connection with your phone.
Get started
• If your screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch.
• Swipe down from the top of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
o If you don't see it right away, swipe left and then tap Settings
• Scroll down and tap Connectivity
• If Wi-Fi is set to off, tap Wi-Fi to switch it to Automatic.
Add or change your watch’s Wi-Fi network
• If your screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch.
• Swipe down from the top of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
o If you don't see it right away, swipe left and tap Setting.
• Scroll down and tap Connectivity
• Tap Wi-Fi Add network.
• To enter a password if a password is required, tap Enter on phone. When prompted, enter the password on your phone. Then tap Connect. Follow the same steps to change the Wi-Fi network your watch connects to.
Note: Your watch can't connect to Wi-Fi networks that take you to a page before you can connect (for example, Wi-Fi networks at places like hotels or coffee shops).

How can I change my watch face?
You can change your watch's home screen to match your goals, needs, and style.
Change your watch face
• If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
• Next, swipe the watch face from the edge of the screen to see more watch face options.
• Scroll to see the watch faces you can choose from. To add more options, scroll to the right and tap Add more watch faces.
• To choose a new design, tap the watch face.
How can I customize my watch face?
You can choose customizable watch faces to show even more helpful info.
Step 1: Choose a customizable background
• If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
• Swipe right or left to see other watch faces.
• Choose a watch face that's above a Settings icon.
Step 2: Customize your watch's background
• If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
• Tap and hold your watch face until you see the ""Customize"" screen.
o To change the type of information you see, like fitness goals or battery life: Tap Data. To see other options, swipe right or left and tap the new layout.
o To change the color and style of your watch face: Tap Styles. To see other options, swipe right or left and up or down.
o When you’re done, tap the new watch face to save it.
How do I see a list of my apps?
Use the power button on the side of your watch to navigate to your apps and to the home screen.
• To see apps on your watch: press the power button on the side of your watch.
• Back to main screen: To return to the home screen, press the power button.
How do I choose apps for my watch?
• Instead of apps automatically syncing to your watch, you can now download apps from the Play Store like you would from your phone.
• To choose apps to download, open the Play Store on your watch. (Users will need to create a Gmail account and connect to Wifi in order to use the Play Store.)
How do I open an app already on my watch?
If your screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch.
• Go to your list of apps:
o Wear OS by Google and up: Press the power button.
• Tap the app you want to open.
How do I get more apps from the Play Store?
• Press the power button on your watch.
• Swipe up or down and tap Play store. You'll be signed in with the main Google Account on your watch.
• To search for a new app, tap Search.
• If you want to download the app, tap Install.
• To open the app, press the power button.
How do I use Google Fit on my Wear OS by Google smartwatch?
The Google Fit app can be used when paired to both Android and IOS devices to track your daily steps, distance, calories burned and to start various workout programs. To install Google Fit:
• Press the crown on your device to access the app menu.
• Scroll until you reach the Fit app.
• Select Fit and proceed with the steps on your watch to download and set your fitness goals.

How do I handwrite and use the watch keyboard for messaging?
Along with using your voice, you can also type messages directly on your watch’s screen if it works with the app. To reply or search the Play Store by using watch’s keyboard when you have the option, tap Keyboard.
For example, you’ll see the option to use the keyboard when replying to messages in apps like Hangouts.

How do I use Google Assistant on my Wear OS by Google watch?
To ask your Google Assistant for help, press and hold the power button on your watch
In order to use your Google Assistant on your watch, you’ll need:
• A watch running Wear OS by Google and up
• A Google Account on the watch
• Phone’s language set to English
• An Internet connection on your watch via a Bluetooth connection through Wi-Fi or cellular connection, if your watch has it.
How do I set up Google Assistant to respond to my voice?
Not all watches listen for ""OK Google"" automatically. To turn on hands-free access to your Google Assistant:
• If your watch screen is dim, tap to wake up the watch.
• While on the watch face, swipe down from the top of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Then tap Personalization.
• Turn on ""Ok Google"" detection.
Once ""OK Google"" detection is turned on and you're looking at your watch screen, you can start Google Assistant by saying, ""Ok Google,"" followed by your question.
Note: The ""OK Google"" detection uses a small amount of battery power. To save a little more battery, turn this feature off. Learn more about how to improve your battery life.

How will notifications work on my smartwatch?
You can get notifications for texts, missed calls, events, reminders, and more. Your watch will vibrate or stay silent when you get a notification, depending on the settings on your phone.
• If your phone vibrates or makes a sound for a notification, your watch will vibrate for that notification.
• If your phone doesn’t vibrate or make a sound for a notification, your watch won't vibrate or make a sound for that notification.
• When you dismiss a notification on your watch, it's also dismissed on your phone (and the other way around).
Use the Wear OS by Google app on your phone to stop notifications from specific apps from appearing on your watch.
Android
1 On your phone, open the Wear OS by Google app.
2 Tap Block app notifications.
3 Tap Add, then tap the app you want to block.
Optional for Android phones: To stop card notifications from the Google app, learn how to customize them on your phone. When you listen to music on your phone, you’ll always see the music card with options to pause and play. You can’t turn this card off.
To get app notifications again:
1 On your phone, open the Wear OS by Google app.
2 Tap Settings Block app notifications.
3 Next to the app, tap Close.
IOS
1 On your phone, open the Wear OS by Google app.
2 Tap Blocked app notifications.
3 Tap Add apps to block list.
To get app notifications again:
1 On your phone, open the Wear OS by Google app.
2 Tap Settings. Block app notifications.
Tap Edit next to the app. Tap Unblock.
How long will my smartwatch battery last?
The battery on your GUESS Connect Touch watch will last approximately 24 hours with normal usage.
How do I charge my watch?
Using the GUESS charger provided in your packaging please align the pogo pin magnet on your watch case back to the magnetic strip on your charger. Place the watch on the charger so that both items click into place. Lastly, place charger into USB port (a lightning bolt on the watch face will denote charging).
